Craig Janssen brings a wealth of expertise shaped by a lifelong passion for the outdoors and a distinguished career in ranch real estate. Growing up on a wheat and horse farm in Kansas, where he developed a deep appreciation for hard work and integrity, Craig’s journey led him to Montana State University. Later, he immersed himself in the world, refining his skills in guiding and client communication before transitioning to ranch real estate in 2004. Craig’s career highlights include a tenure as a top-producing ranch sales agent at Country West Ranch and Land LLP, followed by 15 years as the Montana Managing Broker at Live Water Properties, where he earned multiple top-producing sales agent recognitions. Licensed in Montana with multiple notable transactions. Craig has also successfully managed projects across numerous western states, Hawaii, Missouri, Canada, Belize, Mexico, and the Bahamas, underscoring his extensive experience. His approach combines intricate market knowledge with a steadfast commitment to each client relationship. He specializes in complex transactions, recreational properties, hunting, fishing, and agribusiness.

Jack McInerney, a native of north central Montana, brings a unique blend of agricultural roots and financial acumen to Swan Land Company. His career spans from a start in farming to a distinguished 12-year tenure as an Investment Representative with Edward D. Jones Investments and 17 years as a Vice President and Financial Consultant at D. A. Davidson. In 2012, Jack transitioned seamlessly into ranch real estate, leveraging his deep understanding of land management, comprehensive financial roots, and passion for wildlife habitat improvement to join Live Water Properties as an Associate Broker. His comprehensive approach and commitment to client satisfaction have made him a trusted advisor in complex transactions across Montana. At Live Water, he participated in several unique projects, utilizing his expertise to enhance properties by improving stream corridors, developing wildlife food plots, implementing selective logging, improving fencing and grazing management, and leading extensive weed control programs. Jack specializes in complex transactions, investment properties, recreational, natural resources, farm, ranch, hunting, and fishing.
